Hong Kong

I: Job Summary

The Paralegal/Articling student mainly supports the Senior Associates of the Legal function in maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following (under the supervision of Senior Associates):

  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
    and present conclusions in an organized manner;
  • Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing
    systems;
  • Prepare internal notes and memorandum on recent legal developments;
  • Gather, review and organize information to assist with case
    preparation;
  • Prepare first drafts of correspondence and legal documents.
  • Support in any other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Senior
    Associates.

III: Major Challenges and Requirements:

I: Job Summary

The Immigration Coordinator / Business Immigration Analyst is to support in the processing of immigration applications for clients, the review of information for validity and accuracy, and the review of immigration applications to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. They will also need to follow up closely with each step of the processes to ensure the timely processing of immigration applications.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in case processing (forms, support letters, and Firm Correspondence)
  • Liaise with clients to provide support and coordination on document collection and delivery;
  • To frequently update clients about the changes in immigration processes and regulations;
  • To support our legal team and business development team by providing updates on immigration programs;
  • To participate in the company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.; and
  • To perform other duties as assigned

III: Major Challenges and Requirements:

  • At minimum a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and/or prior relevant work experience;

Job description:

To advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities and provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.

 

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • Represent HLG Indonesia and where appropriate the firm
  • Support local team within a regional cross functional structure
  • Drive the administrative and operational functions of the local office

 

Requirements

  • Indonesian national;
  • Registered at a local Bar/Law Society;
  • Educational level: Bachelor’s Degree in law;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a law firm in business law;
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Ability to learn quickly about many different programs/projects;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage case deadlines for multiple clients;
  • Analytical, flexible, eager to learn, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious.

The key responsibilities of the Relationship Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding investment immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Thailand

Drive and implement compliance operations projects and deliverables on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

    • To oversee and monitor team’s output in terms of commitment to quality and production of profiles.
    • Lead and support global Initiatives for due-diligence ops team
    • Support the overall implementation of strategic business initiatives

Turkey

I: Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an HLG’s office in Istanbul, Turkey.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls to relevant staff;
  • Greet and direct visitors and clients;
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning documents, fax and mailing, courier etc.;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Be a point of contact for HLG associates and guests visiting the office;
  • Maintain office supply inventories;
  • Check and coordinate maintenance of office equipment;
  • Research and book travel arrangements for staff members;
  • Compile daily/weekly business activities report and submit to Managing Partners as directed;
  • Arrange regular office cleaning and pest control;
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
  • Identifies and finding ways to improve administrative processes;

III: Know-how and Competency Requirements

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 4 years
  • Minimum Supervisory Experience: N/A
  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Certificate or Diploma

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

  • Be fully aware and updated on all Immigration programs offered by Harvey Law Group, and any other business programs as the Company evolves in the future on the Company’s strategy;
  • Provide advice to prospective clients on their immigration application needs;
  • Follow through closely and manage the application process for all immigration cases committed by clients;
  • Build trust with clients and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • Initiate approaches for expanding network of prospects;
